Sheila is the architect of SeaHoldings' vision: to build a diversified industrial group through active, operational partnership. Her leadership combines strategic oversight with deep, hands-on management experience across the group's core sectors.
As a portfolio entrepreneur, she has directly founded and managed enterprises in real estate development, construction supervision, and strategic consultancy. Her commitment to foundational community impact is equally direct as the founder of the SEA Foundation Uganda.
